Baywatch and Knight Rider star David Hasselhoff is reported to be coming to Dublin next month to lead the cars at the start of the Gumball 3000 celebrity motor rally.
The 2016 Gumball 3000 Dublin to Bucharest fun begins on Saturday April 30 when the 100 cars taking part will make their way to the grid in Merrion Square where fans can check out some of the world's "most impressive, expensive and rare automobiles".
The flag then drops on Sunday May 1 at 10am as the cars begin the first leg of the rally to Edinburgh via Belfast.
The Irish Mail on Sunday reports that other celebrities taking part this year include skateboard legend Tony Hawk and rapper Eve, who is married to Gumball founder Maximillion Cooper.

Hasselhoff is no stranger to the Gumball 3000 shenanigans having waved the chequered flag and taken part in the race in a replica of his Knight Rider car KITT in the past.

The 63-year-old has recently been working on the big screen version of lifeguard adventure series Baywatch, which sees him reprising his role as Mitch Buchannon opposite new co-stars Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron. .
