Given the final scene in last week's penultimate episode, anyone who has been watching this very fine marital infidelity drama will guess rightly that Doctor Foster (brilliantly played by Suranne Jones) spills the beans tonight over plates of pasta. Now that the band have failed to progress in the online music competition in this appealing new six-part series, Oisín throws a massive daytime party in an effort to stem the boredom. After their altercation over the stolen car, Sully is the only member of the band who's not invited. Undeterred, he turns up at the party to entice the other three to regroup. But as the party progresses, Oisín's behaviour becomes more and more erratic and his bravado reveals something deeper.

The Clare Balding Show, 10.00pm, BBC Two
The weekly show where Clare Balding interviews some of the biggest names in sport. Tonight’s programme features England and Manchester City goal-keeper Joe Hart. The 28 year-old has won 57 caps and appeared in three major tournaments for his country, and lists two Premier League titles amongst his domestic honours. Also appearing is England netball coach Tracey Neville, the twin sister of Phil Neville and younger sibling of current Valencia coach Gary Neville. Tracey was awarded an MBE in the New Year’s Honours List for services to netball.
