Australian psychedelic rockers Tame Impala and British dance legends Underworld have been revealed as two of the headliners for June's Forbidden Fruit music and arts festival at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham.
The festival runs from Friday June 3 to Sunday June 5 and joining Tame Impala and Underworld in the first tranche of acts announced are Battles, Groove Armada (DJ set), Flume, Jungle, Kiasmos, Tale of Us, Bondax, Tiga, Ame, Maya Jane Coles, George Fitzgerald, Jackmaster, Hnny and DJ Deece.

Tame Impala's new album, Currents, was hailed as one of the best of 2015 and their set at last year's Electric Picnic was one of the most talked about of the weekend.

Underworld will release their new album, Barbara Barbara, We Face a Shining Future, next month and were among the headliners at Electric Picnic last September.
Tickets for Forbidden Fruit, priced from €99.50, go on sale on Wednesday February 10 at 9:00am from usual outlets.
More acts will be announced for Forbidden Fruit's four stages in the coming weeks, with plans also well-advanced for after-parties in city centre locations during the festival.
