Warning: spoiler alert! Fair City fans will see doctor Shane's problems mount in Tuesday's episode on RTÉ One, with actor Anthony Delaney telling TEN there will be even more twists in the coming episodes.
Feeling that enough is enough, Shane decides to end his affair with Heather (played by Úna Kavanagh). But that proves a very bitter pill for the Carrigstown conniver to swallow.

Delaney remained tight-lipped about what's in store, joking that he couldn't discuss one of his patients.
"The audience are great: they always go two steps ahead," he told TEN. "They know the characters, they know all the intricate storylines, they know what to expect. But I'm not sure everyone has kind of 'got' this one. It'll be interesting to see what they make of it.
"Shane doesn't own a rabbit," he said, referring to the infamous "bunny boiler" scene in the 1987 thriller Fatal Attraction. "But if he did I'm sure the rabbit would now be in mortal danger."

Can Shane think his way out of this one?
The Kilkenny actor, who lives in London, said his encounters with Fair City fans on the streets of Dublin in recent weeks have been "hilarious".
"Everybody had something to say," he laughed. "One of the strangest things was this old guy stopped me on O'Connell Street one day and he just went, 'Do you know what? If you are falling in love with Heather you just go for it - don't mind what anybody else has to say to you! Sort it out between you'."
Delaney continued: "I've had a lot of older men come up to me and shake my hand and say, 'God, you're terrible, aren't you?!' No slaps across the face, but I've had a few dirty looks alright!"
There could be more after Fair City on RTÉ One on Tuesday at 8:00pm.
