Actor and BBC Radio 1 presenter Ceallach Spellman has joined the cast of the Cold Feet reboot to play the son of James Nesbitt's character.
In November it was revealed that the popular ITV drama is set to return later this year for a sixth series.
Spellman will play Matthew, the son of Adam (Nesbitt) and Rachel (Helen Baxendale), who was last seen as a baby when the ITV series ended in 2003.
20-year-old Spellman will star alongside Nesbitt, Baxendale, Robert Bathurst, Hermione Norris, John Thomson, and Fay Ripley.
Spellman has previously appeared in BBC One's Waterloo Road and Channel 4's drama Cucumber.
He started presenting CBBC's Friday Download show in 2011 and was given his own Radio 1 programme, The Number 1 Show, last year.
