Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is reportedly beginning legal proceedings to divorce her French husband after just 19 months of marriage.
The 32-year-old X Factor judge and former Girls Aloud star has begun formal legal proceedings by filing paperwork which cites "unreasonable behaviour" between her and second husband Jean-Bernard, according to The Sun on Sunday. The couple are reported to have gone their separate ways in August.
There has been ongoing speculation for months that her marriage to the French restauranter was on the rocks, amid concern about the singer’s dramatic weight loss.
The couple tied the knot in July 2014 on the Caribbean island of Mustique after a whirlwind three-month romance and it is understood that they have no pre-nuptial agreement.
The pair haven’t been pictured together since October when they attended Ant and Dec’s joint 40th birthday.

Cheryl was married to England footballer Ashley Cole from July 2006 until September 2010.
Cheryl posted a cryptic message on her Instagram account two days ago leading fans to further speculate that her marriage was on the rocks.
She shared her engagement news on her Instagram account back in 2014 by posting a picture of her ring along with the caption, "I usually do not discuss my personal life but to stop the speculation I want to share my happy news... Jean-Bernard and I married on 7/7/14.. ?? We are very happy and excited to move forward with our lives together.."
Fans took to social media in their droves to offer Cheryl their regards.
