Former Glee star Mark Salling, who played 'Puck' on the hit TV show, has been released on bail following his arrest yesterday on suspicion of possession of child pornography.
Police from the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Unit searched his home on foot of search warrants and he was later taken into custody.
Salling was later released on $20,000 (€18,300) bail, and must appear in court January 22.
Celebrity news website TMZ reported that authorities had found more than 1,000 images of "child sexual exploitation" on Salling's computer.
Police spokesman Ricardo Hernandez said "The case will be submitted to the district attorney and they will decide whether there's enough to continue."
