The Dublin Film Critics' Circle has selected the animated adventure Inside Out as the Best Film of 2015, with the award for Best Irish Film shared by romantic drama Brooklyn and documentary The Queen of Ireland.

The Queen of Ireland was also named Best Documentary.

Julianne Moore was named Best Actress for her Oscar-winning performance in Still Alice, with the Oscar-tipped Michael Fassbender chosen as Best Actor for Steve Jobs.

Oscar winner Alejandro González Iñárritu was voted Best Director for Birdman.

The Breakthrough International award was shared by Star Wars: The Force Awakens' Daisy Ridley and Tangerine stars Kitana Kiki Rodriguez and Mya Taylor.

The Breakthrough Irish honour went to Jordanne Jones for her performance in I Used to Live Here.
