Two candidates are left to battle it out for the £250,000 investment, as the finalists are instructed to launch their business in tonight's final.

They must create a brand and unveil their campaign, in front of an audience full of industry experts at the venue in a few days' time.

A number of familiar faces are back in business, as the two finalists select astute colleagues to assist them in their bid to secure the £250,000 investment. Without any delay, they set out to create a brand, make a TV advert and create a company.

Things do not kick off so well for one of the finalists as advice from one of the market leaders is not heeded. The other finalist may have a number of funding issues looming, and he or she must prove that the numbers stack up.

On launch day, the finalists step up to present their plans to 200 leading industry experts and to Alan Sugar, who duly picks his next business partner.

In You're Hired Jack Dee meets the winner and runner-up and joined by LOrd Sugar they review the past 12 weeks. A number of former candidates join the show, a panel that includes You're Fired comedian Romesh Ranganathan.

The programme commences at 9.00pm on BBC One.
