Ronan Keating says his forthcoming new album will be the most "honest" of his career and he's also said that he "lost the confidence just to simply be me" over his career in Boyzone and as a solo artist.
The 38-year-old Dubliner's yet to be titled tenth album will be released on February 12 and he says the new songs were inspired by a new found happiness in his life after his marriage earlier this year to 34-year-old Australian TV producer Storm Uechtritz.
Keating was previously married to Irish model Yvonne Connelly for 12 years and they had three children together, Jack, Missy and Ali.

"I've spent the majority of my life and career pleasing everyone else, doing what people expected of me and in a sense I lost the confidence just to simply be me," he said.
"Over the last few years I have been on an incredible journey and it's the best thing that could have happened to me, as now I'm finally comfortable in my own skin and truly happy.
"This album is a true reflection of who I am and the music I want to make. It’s taken a year to write but in that time I have given the most honest piece of me."
Keating made his West End debut in hit musical Once earlier this year and was recently cast in World War II drama, Another Mother’s Son, alongside John Hannah, Jenny Seagrove and Amanda Abbington.
He also spent five years as a judge on X Factor Australia.
