Niall Horan makes a good impression with Corden

One Direction's Niall Horan has revealed himself to be quite the mimic with a star turn on last night's Late Late Show with James Corden on US TV.

The Mullingar man showed off a great talent for doing accents much to the delight of the host and audience members.

He revealed that when the band are on tour he likes to adopt the local accent for interviews and showcased his scarily accurate Spanish accent alongside a very convincing Brooklyn twang.

Niall was also quizzed on his recent endorsement to take over the role of James Bond by actor Daniel Craig.

As speculation mounts that Craig may be about to walk away from playing 007, he was recently asked during the promotional tour for Spectre if the though Niall Horan would be a likely candidate to take over.

Craig said Niall would be “absolutely fantastic” and also called the singer “a good man” who would do the part justice.

During an impromptu audition on the show, which featured Corden as a Bond Villan and Louis Tomilson as his evil cat, Niall showed off his acting chops and absolutely nailed the part.

Later in the show, Niall was on less sure ground as the band members and Corden took part in a game of Tatoo Roulette.

Horan is the only member of the band that isn't inked. The looser of the game agreed that he would get the Late Late Show logo tatooed on live by a tatoo artist, or if Corden lost out he would get inked with the One Direction logo.

A visibly nervous Horan was shaking before the tension filled game began, as was Corden who clearly didn't relish the thought of getting tattooed.

Each of the lads had to select boxes at random, which either contained the phrase ‘SAFE’ or ‘TATTOO’ on the inside, with Harry and Niall Horan ending up with the final two unopened boxes.

Luckily for Niall he had a lucky escape and Harry duly obliged by letting the tattoo artist ink him up.
