Adele's 25 has made US chart history with the biggest one-week sales by passing the previously insurmountable 3 million mark.
She has become the first artist to pass that figure in a seven-day period and shifted a massive total of 3.38 million copies of her hugely-anticipated third album.
It took her just three days to pass the previous sales record, set by *NSYNC back in 2001 for their album No Strings Attached.
It's no surprise that she has also stormed to the top of the charts here in Ireland as well as in her native UK, where she sold 800,307 copies in a week to beat Oasis's previous first week record of 696,000.
25 has sold more than the last 19 No1 UK albums combined, which offers an even more jaw-dropping example of her complete dominance in the music market.
