Rock legend Bryan Adams went down a storm on last night's Late Late Show - and here are two of the reasons why.
Armed only with an acoustic guitar, the Canadian singer performed a version of Run To You that had the crowd singing and clapping along.
And as soon as the last bar started fading, Ryan Tubridy turned to Adams and said: I'm not allowed to ask you to do Summer of 69, am I?"
Adams shrugged as if to say "Why not?" and started strumming again. A grinning Ryan Tubridy looked at the audience and said: "It's a bit cheeky, but what do you think?"
Then Adams asked for his Irish super fan, Donegal girl Mary McGlinchey, to join him on the couch to sing the song.
