Singer Ronan Keating is continuing to pursue his acting dreams and has now begun filming a World War II drama, Another Mother's Son, set on the island of Jersey.
The film is based on the true story of Louisa Gould, who hid an escaped Russian prisoner of war in her home on the Nazi-occupied island.
Keating, who will star alongside acclaimed actress Jenny Seagrove as Louisa, has said he had "an amazing first day on set".
His new wife Storm was also gushing in her praise for her hubby's first day on set saying she was "excited for my man".
The cast also includes Four Weddings and a Funeral actor John Hannah, Sherlock star Amanda Abbington with newcomer Julian Kostov playing the young POW.

Producer Bill Kenwright said he was "thrilled to have such an accomplished and diverse cast" and looked forward to celebrating the real-life bravery of one woman on the big screen.
Keating has previously appeared on the West End stage in the musical Once and made his lead film debut in 2013's Goddess.
