TV presenter and Strictly Come Dancing contestant Peter Andre is joining the cast of EastEnders for Friday night's BBC Children in Need telethon special.
The special from the soap's Queen Vic will be hosted by EastEnders star Shane Richie, who said: "We have some wonderful guests lined up this year with some great surprises and it is set to be a very special night."
As part of the telethon, 30 members of the EastEnders cast will take part in a Top Hat musical performance on BBC Two at 10pm on Friday night.
Among the EastEnders stars taking part in the fun are Richard Blackwood (Vincent), Tameka Empson (Kym), Lorna Fitzgerald (Abi), Bonnie Langford (Carmel), Shona McGarty (Whitney) and Gillian Taylforth (Kathy).
Andre will sing the Frank Sinatra hit Come Fly with Me, and described BBC Children in need as a charity that is very close to his heart.
"I have seen first-hand how money raised makes a difference," he said.
Andre will be back on the dancefloor for Strictly Come Dancing on BBC One on Saturday.
