After making his driving debut on an episode of Top Gear earlier this year, Ed Sheeran has upped his driving game significantly by passing his test.
Ed was the Star in a Reasonably Priced Car in an episode of the motoring show in January - before he even held a provisional driving license.
At the time Sheeran told then host Top Gear Jeremy Clarkson, "Before today I had never sat in the driving seat or put my hand on the steering wheel. The reason I said 'yes' to Top Gear is that I thought it would be funny that the first time I drive [is on TV] . . . It was interesting. I had some funny bloopers."
That's all in the rear view mirror now and and the singer is the proud owner of a full driving license, having completed his test in Ipswich, England on Thursday, October 29.
Sheeran shared the happy news on Twitter posting: "Passed my driving test yesterday, zoom zoom zoom."
