All good things must come to an end. Channel 4 has announced that the final series of the award-winning comedy Peep Show will begin next month.
David Mitchell and Robert Webb return once more to play flat-sharing friends, regular guy Mark Corrigan and Jeremy 'Jez' Usbourne, an unemployed would-be musician.
The sitcom's ninth run will pick up some time after the last series, when the lads were abandoned by Dobby (Isy Suttie), even though both said that they loved her.
As the show returns, Mark has a new flatmate and a new job working at a bank, while Jeremy has a new home. And when Jez turns to his old friend for a loan, Mark sees an opportunity for revenge.
Filming on the six final episodes wrapped in September, with Mitchell and Webb admitting it got a bit emotional.

Olivia Colman will return to play Mark's ex, Sophie, after missing the entire eighth season, while there's a newly sober Super Hans (Matt King) as well to look forward to.
Peep Show returns to Channel 4 on November 11 at 10.00pm.
