Actor Victor Garber, best known for his roles as Jack Bristow in Alias and Thomas Andrews in Titanic, has married his partner of 16 years, artist and model Rainer Andreesen.
The couple married in Tofino, Canada, with Andreesen sharing the happy news on Instagram.
He wrote: "YES WE DID! #justgotmarried #elopedintofino #canada @therealvictorgarber #after16years."
No other details were released.
The Canadian actor came out as gay in a 2013 interview with the blog Greg in Hollywood. "I don't really talk about it, but everybody knows," the six-time Emmy nominee said.
Garber officiated at the 2005 wedding of his Alias co-star Jennifer Garner to Ben Affleck.
He can currently be seen in Irish cinemas in the acclaimed drugs thriller Sicario.
