Get ready for another outburst of modesty, simpering wallflowers and an entire absence of clichés - it's the return of The Apprentice.
Only kidding....A new batch of candidates are back ready to woo the affection of Lord Sugar and his boardroom minions and the egos and bluster are just as inflated as ever.
With quotes like "I’m a Swiss army knife of bouncy skills, business skills", "I am the definition of success" and of course "I'm god's gift" you know we are in for weeks of drama and pantomine as the wannabes blag, bitch and backstab their way through the various tasks.
This year the contestants hoping to secure Lord Alan Sugar's financial backing include a former beauty queen, a builder and a private tutor - although for Irish viewers there are no contestants from this fair isle this time around.
Last year Dubliners, Pamela Uddin and Roisín Hogan, battled it out for a Lord Sugar's investment, with Hogan making it as far as the penultimate episode before hearing the words 'You're Fired'.

The Apprentice returns next week and in a new twist, the contestants will not be divided into male or female groups for the first show tasks.
Viewers will also be treated to a double helping of boardroom antics for the first week only, with the launch episode followed by another one the day after.
The first episode will see the business newbies being tested on key business skills of product creation, negotiation and selling.
The mixed teams are sent off to Billingsgate Market, London's famous fish market, to pick up seafood at the best price possible. They then have to turn their stock into lunch produce and feed hungry Londoners while making as much profit as possible.
Other tasks in the new series will involve creating an advertising campaign for shampoo, selling pet products, closing real estate and producing a new health snack.
This year Lord Sugar will be joined in the boardroom by Karen Brady and Claude Littner, who steps into the shoes of Sugar's old friend and right hand man, Nick Hewer.
Littner, who previously struck the fear of god in candidates during the interview process, revealed that Alan Sugar walked out on him during a job interview years ago.
"He had my CV in front of him," he told the Radio Times, "We sat at a table and he didn't look at me at all. He didn't ask me any questions, so after a few minutes I said, 'Would you like me to tell you a bit about myself?'
"He just looked of the window and started whistling. Then every so often, this is absolutely true, he would look at my CV and go, 'huh'. "I realised this was probably not going to work out, so I stopped talking. He got up and walked out, and as he went, he just said, 'Bored'.
"I had another job lined up, so I didn't care, but I wondered why I'd even turned up - he obviously had zero interest. Within a few minutes the marketing director came running in and said, 'Alan likes you, you've got the job,' and that was it."
The Apprentice is back on BBC One on Wednesday October 13 at 9pm.
