The official video for Sam Smith's Bond theme for the upcoming Spectre - Writing's On The Wall - has finally been revealed and it's quite the moody affair.
The video, which was shot on location in Rome, was released to co-incide with Global James Bond Day, which celebrates the anniversary of release of the very first Bond film, 1962's Dr. No.
It shows Smith dressed in a smart black suit belting out the soaring ballad and is intercut with scenes from Spectre, mostly it has to said of Daniel Craig getting off with a selection of hot ladies and looking quite eh moody.
Smith last week made history after the song unbelievably became the first Bond theme to hit the number one spot in the UK charts, however it only managed to limp into the Irish charts at number nine.
Smith worked on Writing's On The Wall with producers Disclosure and songwriter Jimmy Napes. He previously revealed his delight at being asked to work on the theme saying, "I have been dreaming of this moment for a long long time."
