According to Us Weekly, the couple parted ways a few weeks ago, leaving Long "heartbroken".
A source told the publication: “It happened a few weeks ago. He’s really heartbroken.
''They had different schedules and different lives. They just grew apart."
The couple lived in a $1.9 million apartment in New York.
Seyfriend previously dated actor Dominic Cooper for three years before splitting in 2010, while Long was in relationships with Drew Barrymore and Kate Mara.
