Megan Fox's estranged husband Brian Austin Fox is seeking spousal support following their split this year.
Fox filed for divorce last month citing "irreconcilable differences" and is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their two sons, two-year-old Noah and 19-month-old Bodhi.
Court documents obtained by TMZ show that the former Beverly Hills 90210 actor has requested that Fox will continue to support him financially.
The response from Green mimics Fox's court filing in almost every category apart from the spousal support section, which Fox had left blank. They both request joint custody of their two children.
The actor has been unable to work because of vertigo, sustained as a result of a car crash he and Fox were involved in last December.
