Britney Spears has proven that she has some real comedic acting talent and gamely joined in a prank to punk some potential bodyguards. The results are quite hilarious.
The skit was filmed as part of Neil Patrick Harris's new show Best Time Ever, a US version of Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway.
Greeting her first victim Spears tells him she is the "one and only Britney Spears" and requests that he kisses her hand.
As her second suitor arrives she declares "It's Britney B****," and confuses him over where to sit, while as the third bodyguard enters she juggles some water bottles and asks him if he is Batman or Scooby Doo.
She then sets a couple of tasks for the bodyguards, one of them involves them "staying close" and "protecting" her at all times – even when she is on stage. The bodyguards are obviously desperate to be hired by the popstar and pull out some pretty interesting moves.
Spears was aided by Neil Patrick Harris and Joe Jonas who fed Spears some lines through an earpiece, although Spears was well able to adlib for herself!
