As their first week of Strictly Come Dancing training nears an end, Daniel O'Donnell and professional partner Kristina Rihanoff have allowed the BBC cameras in to film their progress – and he's looking fitter already.
The video released by the BBC shows the couple enjoying some moments of levity, but it is obvious throughout just how seriously O'Donnell is approaching his new challenge.

He has said his teacher is "very patient".
"[She's] very calm, and even when I do something wrong, she doesn't say, 'That was wrong'; she just picks me up and says, 'Just try and do it this way'," he said.

Rihanoff described the singer as "my kind of student".
"Even with the first couple of steps it seems like he's enjoying himself. He wants to learn it properly and he's really kind of soaking in all the information I give him," she said.
O'Donnell and Rihanoff return to BBC One to showcase their progress on Friday September 25 and Saturday September 26
