Majella O'Donnell is certainly upbeat about her husband Daniel's chances as a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing.
No stranger to celebrity TV contests – she managed Lissan (South Derry GAA Club) in the fourth season of Celebrity Bainisteoir - she was interviewed this morning on Ryan Tubridy's first show back on RTÉ Radio 1 since his return after five years on sister station 2FM.
"I'm going to be sick for the next three months," she told Tubridy when asked if she was nervous watching Strictly. She then added: "I said three months! I’m optimistic."
The Ryan Tubridy Show also had a feature on Taxi Watch Kilkenny, a group of drivers in that town who patrol the quays and prevent suicides. There were also reports on Electric Picnic and a comedy slot from Oliver Callan.

The Ryan Tubridy Show continues on weekdays on RTÉ Radio 1 at 9am.
