Daniel O'Donnell has said that he and professional partner Kristina Rihanoff will make a "brilliant team" on Strictly Come Dancing.
Speaking after this season's launch show, which aired on BBC One on Saturday night, the singer said: "This is only the beginning."
His comments were echoed by wife Majella on Twitter, who wrote after the show: "Delighted that Daniel got Kristina! She is a wonderful choreographer!! Met her today & she's lovely. Best of luck."
"Now all the hard work begins but I know he will do his very best," she said.
O'Donnell has said he hopes that Rihanoff can turn his "one-pack into a six-pack", and that he thinks he may dance best to ABBA.
On Saturday's launch show viewers saw the 15 celebrities paired with their professional dance partners for the first time and taking part in a show dance.
TV chef Ainsley Harriott has been paired with Natalie Lowe, sports commentator and presenter Iwan Thomas has been paired with Ola Jordan, The Wanted singer Jay McGuiness will dance with Aliona Vilani, and BBC presenter Jeremy Vine will work with Karen Clifton.
Actress Helen George has been paired with Aljaz Skorjanec, and singer Jamelia has been paired with Wicklow man Tristan MacManus. Ex-Coronation Street star Georgia May Foote will dance with Giovanni Pernice, and Sky Sports presenter Kirsty Gallacher will dance with Brendan Cole.
Olympic boxer Anthony Agogo has been paired with Oti Mabuse, while singer Peter Andre has been paired with Janette Manrana.
BBC weather presenter Carol Kirkwood has been paired with Pasha Kovalev, TV presenter Anita Rani will partner Gleb Savchenko, actress Kellie Bright has been partnered with Kevin Clifton, and BBC presenter Katie Derham will dance with Anton Du Beke.

The couples will now train for three weeks before they return to perform live every Saturday night.
