With Macbeth in cinemas next month, a new trailer has been released, and star Michael Fassbender is in the very best of intense form.
The new adaptation of the Shakespearean tragedy is directed by Justin Kurzel (Snowtown), with Marion Cotillard playing Lady Macbeth.
The cast also includes Paddy Considine, David Thewlis, Sean Harris, Jack Reynor and Elizabeth Debicki.
Reynor has paid tribute to Fassbender's turn as the Scottish leader, saying in a behind-the-scenes interview: "He owns the character so much; I think it'll be difficult for people not to picture Michael's face when they think of Macbeth after this film is released."
Macbeth is in cinemas from October 2.
