Joseph Gordon-Levitt and his wife Tasha McCauley welcomed their first child this weekend, a baby boy.
The exact birth date of their new baby is not yet known but it is thought their son arrived on August 15 or 16.
A representative for the couple confirmed the sex of the baby but a name has not yet been revealed.
An insider told US Weekly of the family, "Everyone's happy and healthy."
The couple, who are very private, began dating in 2013 and wed in a secret ceremony on December 20, 2014.
