Amy Schumer has revealed to TEN that she wants to move to Ireland.

We caught up with the comedy star at the Irish premiere of her new movie Trainwreck at The Savoy Cinema in Dublin, where she said: "I'm in love in Dublin, I want to move here, no joke. This is the perfect, perfect place for me."

Her co-star Bill Hader made his first trip to Ireland for the premiere of the film, which sees him play the romantic lead for the first time. He told TEN what he got up to on his fledgling visit to the capital city: "I went to the Guinness museum and that was great. I got drunk. But I want to bring my family back."

Ahead of the Irish premiere of Trainwreck, Schumer and the film's director Judd Apatow managed to squeeze in some time to have a pub sing-song with Glen Hansard.

Schumer was spotted in Grogans pub on Dublin's Castle Street belting out some tunes including The Aul Triangle with The Frames singer and Once star, and it even looks like she managed to gatecrash a wedding along the way.

Last night, at a special Q&A session with Panti Bliss at the O'Reilly Theatre in Dublin, Schumer was joined by Trainwreck director Judd Apatow and delighted fans by saying: "I've had a lot of sex in my life, and no bull****, 80 per cent of those were Irish people."

"Don't applaud that," she added. "You know what that means."

Schumer also discussed the creative process, being a stand-up and paid special tribute to Irish comic Maeve Higgins.

"Maeve Higgins, I'm sorry, but we're keeping her," she said. "And we'll send her back for holidays."
