Two people were killed and three hospitalised following a shooting at the official after-party for OVO Fest, an annual music event hosted by Canadian rapper Drake in Toronto.
Toronto Police have confirmed the fatalities and believe the shootings took place at the Muzik nightclub in the grounds of the Canada National Exhibition in the early hours of Tuesday morning, August 4.
Toronto Police Superintendent Frank Bergen told The Associated Press that the victims were a man and a woman in their 20s and 30s. Their names have not yet been released.
It is not clear if Drake was present in the club at the time of the shootings.
Police also believe there could be more victims at other locations and urged citizens to contact authorities.
