80s chart-toppers A-ha are making a comeback, 30 years after their insanely catchy hit Take On Me was released.

The synthpop band are set to release the album Cast In Steel in September, the first music they have recorded in six years.

This will be their tenth studio album following 2009's Foot Of The Mountain. A-ha will also be touring the album across the UK and Europe in March 2016.

Lead singer Morten Harket said: "I'm definitely looking forward to touring. I think it will be great. We will pace it so that the conditions are there for us, but it will be a full-on A-ha experience."

The singer added that their reunion if not longterm, saying: "We are not getting back to stay together. We've agreed to come back for a set period: one album, one tour.

"It's a great opportunity and allows us to write another chapter."
