The omens are good for the new James Bond movie Spectre after its first full length trailer notched up 4.5 million hits on YouTube in its first 24 hours online - that's the equivalent of 3,000 views per minute.
The trailer also includes the first glimpse of Irish actor Andrew Scott who play's one of the movie villains.
Scott's appearance however is limited to two blink-and-you'll-miss-them scenes, including a scuffle with Ralph Fiennes' M atop a skyscraper and the other of him starting menacingly at the screen.
His Spectre character is Max Denbigh, cited as the new head of the Centre for National Security.
The dramatic trailer sees Bond (Daniel Craig) asking MI6's Q (Ben Whishaw) to "disappear", while Bond also comes to realisation that he is the link between the components of the sinister operation Spectre.
The chilling voice of the movie's main villain (Christoph Walz) is also heard saying "You came across me so many times yet you never saw me. What took you so long?
"It was me James. The author of all your pain."
The movie directed by Sam Mendes, who remained at the helm after calling the shots on the previous instalment, 2012's Skyfall. Last week he revealed that Spectre will be last Bond film he will direct saying "you do have to put everything else on hold. It really is more of a lifestyle choice than a job."
Craig is joined in the cast by Whishaw, Christoph Waltz, Naomie Harris, Monica Bellucci and Andrew Scott while Ralph Fiennes returns as MI6 head, M. Check out our Spectre image gallery here.
Fans hoping to discover who might be singing the theme song though were left none the wiser from today's trailer. Ealier this week bookies closed betting with Sam Smith a clear favourite, with Ed Sheeran and Ellie Goulding hot on his heels. Skyfall's theme song was sung by Adele, and took the Oscar for Best Original Song.
Spectre will get its world premiere in London on Monday October 26 and for the first time ever it will be released simultaneously in Ireland and the UK on the same day.
Reactions to the trailer have been hugely positive on Twitter, see some of the best reactions below.
Can't think of anyone who can carry negative roles better than Christoph Waltz and Andrew Scott. Can't wait to see them together! #Spectre
