It's a case of third time lucky for Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper, as the Oscar nominated stars reunite again for a film inspired by the true story of a single mother, Joy Mangano, who hit the payload after inventing the Miracle Mop.
Cooper stars as an executive at the Home Shopping Network who helps to give her product the boost it needs.
Joy also reunites Lawrence and Cooper with their Silver Linings Playbook and American Hustle director David O Russell and no doubt all three are hoping that the Oscar voting Academy shows the same generosity to them as it has in recent years.
The cast also includes Robert De Niro, Isabella Rossellini, Diane Ladd, Virginia Madsen and Edgar Ramirez.
Joy is released in cinemas on January 1, 2016.
