Glee fans have paid tribute to the late Cory Monteith two years after he tragically passed away in his hotel room at the age of 31.
Monteith's former girlfriend and co-star Lea Michele led the tributes by posting a touching snap of the pair driving with the sun shining.
"Today we remember the laughter and joy you brought into our lives every day. We think of you always and love you so," Michele posted.
Monteith's fans also took to the social media site to pay tribute to the former Glee star, making "#2YearsWithoutCory" a worldwide trend.
