Beyonce's curves inspire a skyscraper

A skyscraper resembling the bodies of dancers in a Beyoncé pop video is to be built in Melbourne, Australia.

Inspiration for architects can come from all kinds of places but taking design leads from Beyoncé is unexpected. However, Australian Firm, Elenberg Fraser, has been granted planning permission to construct a 226-metre high skyscraper in Melbourne resembling dancers wrapped from head to toe in woven fabric from Bey's 2013 promo clip for Ghost.

A lot of research has gone into the construction of the unusual shape of the skyscraper and the curvy 68-story structure will eventually accommodate 660 apartments and a 160-room hotel.

Check out the video for Ghost below.
