Ireland seems to have turned into a bit of a hotspot for celebrities with both singer Lily Allen, Hollywood actor Henry Cavill and the former WWF wrestling star spotted spending their summer holidays on our fair isle.

The 30-year-old Not Fair hitmaker visited Galway's popular oyster bar, Moran's of The Weir.

Posting a photo online, the Kilcolgan restaurant wrote: "Was so lovely to meet Lily Allen today [Sunday]. Enjoy the rest of ur trip around Ireland..."

Allen also shared some of the beautiful sights the West of Ireland has to offer via her social media accounts.

Actor star Henry Cavill was also spotted enjoying the good Irish weather over the weekend.

He swooped into Bray to enjoy the Groove Festival. Despite ditching his red cape the Superman star failed to go unnoticed and passers by were queuing-up asking for photos.

The heart-throb happily posed for pictures with fans at the festival, which took place at Kilruddery House. Cavill has previously admitted he has a soft spot for Ireland having spent so much time here.

The 32-year-old star will next play Superman in Batman Vs Superman: Dawn of Justice which is due for release in 2016.
