The first trailer for Snowden, Oliver Stone's upcoming film about NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden, which stars Joseph-Gordon Levitt in the lead role, has been released. Watch it here.
The film, which also features Shailene Woodley, Scott Eastwood, Nicolas Cage, Timothy Olyphant and Zachary Quinto, is based on The Snowden Files by Luke Harding of The Guardian newspaper and the book Time of the Octopus by Anatoly Kucherena. Snowden is due for release in the US on Christmas day this year.
