Tech giant Apple launched Beats 1 Radio and their much-talked about new streaming service, Apple Music today. The new services feature a non-stop radio station and on-demand streaming.
Apple Music also includes social networking that allows artists to connect with their fans and the new 24/7 radio station, Beats 1.
The first exclusive release on Apple Music was Pharrell Williams' new single Freedom. The likes of Josh Homme, Dr Dre, Pharrell, Drake and St Vincent have been recruited to host radio shows on the station.
Last week Apple Music backtracked on a plan not to pay musicians or producers for the first 90 days of a trail period being offered to customers after Taylor Swift wrote an open letter criticising the policy.
