Frames man Colm Mac Con Iomaire will perform his biggest headline show to date at Vicar Street on December 17.
He has already performed sold-out shows with an 11- member ensemble at Whelan’s and at the Pavilion Theatre in Dun Laoghaire.
His new album, And Now The Weather (Agus Anois An Aimsir) comes seven years after his 2008 debut solo album, The Hare’s Corner.
The album was recorded by Karl Odlum, Leon O’Neill and Colin Elliot in studios and homes across Wexford, Wicklow, Sheffield, Dublin and San Francisco.
Tickets go on sale on sale this on Thursday.
