The estate of Paul Walker have opened legal proceedings against a former associate of the late actor, alleging that he took possession of seven of the actor's cars less than 24 hours after Walker's death and has not yet returned them.

The Hollywood Reporter reports that Walker's estate is demanding the return of a 2011 Porsche GT3 RS and six other cars. The court filing claims that Richard Taylor, who helped Walker manage his car collection, provided his estate with a list of 32 vehicles, but did not disclose information about the vehicles in question and hid them in unknown locations.

The estate of the actor, who died in November 2013 when his Porsche burst into flames, is demanding either the return of the cars or a payment of their value.
