Lady Gaga is reportedly opting for a more low-key look for her wedding day to Taylor Kinney with a source describing the dress as "simple and elegant."
Gaga, real name Stefani Germanotta, became engaged to actor Kinney on Valentine's Day this year after four years of dating.
The source told Heat magazine, "She's taking this step seriously and will marry Taylor as Stefani, not Gaga.
"Stefani is much more low-key than Gaga. She's commissioned her Haus of Gaga team to design the dress, but it's very simple and elegant."
The source continued to say of the wedding reception, which will take place in Gaga's father's restaurant in New York, "After much thought, it's been decided there won't be any bovine dresses or fire-breathing priests.
''It's going to be a big traditional Italian wedding and she wants the reception to be held at her dad's restaurant."
