Former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher, The Who's Roger Daltry and Ringo Starr's son Zak are forming a supergroup according to reports.
The three will play together for this Friday's 20th anniversary special of Chris Evans' TFI Friday on Channel 4. Ian Broudie of The Lightning Seeds will also feature in the as yet unnamed line-up.
The Sun claims that a Channel 4 spokeman has confirmed that the four will perform The Who's My Generation on the show.
"Liam's got a bit of time on his hands since Beady Eye called it a day last year so he fancied trying his hand at something new," a source told The Sun.
"He's told his mates he's pretty bored. Other than Noel, you would be hard pushed to find a better set of bandmates than Roger, Ian and Zak. It's a proper supergroup and the performance will be something to remember."
Blur, The Stone Roses and Primal Scream bassist Mani, Years & Years and Rudimental are also among the music guests for the TFI Friday special.
