The actor stars alongside Andy Samberg as two very different tennis superstars, honourable Charles Poole (Harington) and bad boy Aaron Williams (Samberg).
Their bitter rivalry boils over into the longest tennis match in the sport's history, running to a full seven days.
The faux-documentary style of the show includes commentary from real-life tennis legend John McEnroe.
7 Days in Hell premieres on July 11 on HBO.
