Football-mad rocker Rod Stewart has slammed FIFA and praised the recent arrests of 14 of their officials, saying their "reprehensible behaviour is finally exposed."
The ardent, long-time Glasgow Celtic fan tweeted: "Reprehensible behaviour is finally exposed. Instead of football programs for underprivileged children, the Fat Cats got fatter. #FIFAarrests."
Such is his interest in the Beautiful Game, that Stewart constructed a full-size pitch on the grounds of his Wood House estate in Epping a decade ago.
