It's been reported that veteran singer/songwriter Joni Mitchell is improving and has been moved to a rehab facility.

According to Showbiz 411's Roger Friedman, she suffered a brain aneurysm rather than a stroke on March 31, and that she's being tended to by her close friend, Leslie Morris.

Friedman, a renowned film critic and entertainment journalist, added that "the news is encouraging for Mitchell, who will be 72 this November.

"She is not unresponsive, as other outlets have suggested," he added. "Speech is difficult but she’s communicating."
