Louis Walsh reckons BBC Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw has a "great chance" at taking his seat on The X Factor judging panel.

Music manager Louis Walsh may have parted ways with The X Factor, but that doesn't mean he won't be talking about his former place of work.

He's already traded some disparaging words with Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and now he is wading in on who will be replacing him.

Speaking to The Daily Star Walsh said: "I think there is a great, great chance Grimmy [Nick Grimshaw] will get my job.

"I don't think he realises the hard work he has to put in though, and he better not use any of my catchphrases.

"It's going to be hard work for him. You don't just show up. It's three or four days a week."

Walsh also thinks Mel B will return. He said:"Simon and Cheryl are on the panel, and then I would say Grimmy and Mel B."
