Colin Firth to make Broadway debut

Colin Firth is set to make his Broadway debut in a production of My Fair Lady.

Theatre boss James Nederlander revealed the news in an interview with the New York Post saying, "New generations never saw it. Colin Firth is already set. The female isn't cast yet."

My Fair Lady is a musical adaptation of George Bernard Shaw's Pygmalion.

Firth will play the male lead of Henry Higgins while Carey Mulligan and Anne Hathaway are reportedly the front runners to play the female lead of Eliza Doolittle.
