Toy Story 4 will be a ''brand new chapter'' in the series, according to chief Pixar animator John Lasseter.
The 58-year-old filmmaker teased details about the upcoming movie, which is set to be released in June 2017, revealing the plot will not follow on from Toy Story 3.
Speaking about the new film at Cannes Film Festival, he said: ''We're in the early stages of the film, but it's shaping up nicely. It's funny. The story is not as much a continuation of the past films, but a brand new chapter in the Toy Story world.''
We can't wait to find out what Woody and the gang get up to this time.
