Dyer says he's staying on EastEnders

EastEnders star Danny Dyer has said he plans to stay with the BBC soap well into the future.

In an interview on ITV's The Paul O'Grady Show, Dyer, who plays Mick Carter, said: "I love it there, I do. It's a really good gig for me."

He continued: "I have signed for another couple of years, so we will see. As long as they [the Carter family] keep hold of the Vic, I will stay."
