Two-time Choice Music Prize winner Jape will headline the first incarnation of Hollow Sounds, a new two-day event of film, music and food taking place in Kilkenny this July.
The event, which takes place on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4, kicks off with an outdoor screening of the classic film, The Goonies, on Friday night.
Playing with Jape on the Saturday night will be Dundalk-based multi-instrumentalist Elephant, Wexford-based singer-songwriter The Man Whom, Dublin chamber pop-trio Sails, alt-pop duo Slow Skies and I Have a Tribe.
The festival will take in Ballykeefe Ampitheatre in Co. Kilkenny and tickets go on sale this Friday (May 15). They are available from Eventbrite.ie
